Acme Lowcountry Kitchen - Located on Isle of Palms. Classic breakfast food a few blocks off the beach.
Ruby's Bagels - New York style bagel spot in Mt. Pleasant.
Waffle House - Not Charleston specific, but always great and a favorite.

Leon's Fried Chicken and Oysters - Our favorite place to eat in town. Get the grilled oyster to start and some fried chicken. You won't be disappointed.
Little Jack Tavern - Great Burgers and Cocktails that was a favorite of Sam's mom.
Hall's Chop House - One of the best steakhouse in the country. Need a reservation.
Obstinate Daughter - Located on Sullivan Island, great italian inspired food but a reservation is needed.
Wild Common - Only does dinner tasting menus. Need a reservation. One of the best meals in Charleston.
The Ordinary - Best seafood in town.
Chubby Fish - No reservations. There will be a line when they open at 5 to get tables for the night.
Saltwater Cowboy - Fun hangout spot with good food on Shem Creek. Great place to hang out and enjoy being on the water.
SNOB - Same owners as Hall's and a Charleston staple. Great for lunch.
167 Raw - Oyster bar on King Street. Doesn't take reservations, so put your name down and grab a drink at Bin 152
Rodney Scott's BBQ - Great lowcountry bbq. Famous for their whole hog bbq.
Wood & Grain- Mount Pleasant spot for oysters, pizza and salads
